All vinyl is shipped in cardboard mailers, CDs and DVDs are usually sent bubble mailers. All items are packaged securely before shipping. SEALED items are shipped sealed. If you want your LPs to be shipped outside the sleeves to prevent spine tears, please let us know in your checkout comments.
If we receive your package returned to us, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the problem. If there is an error in the address provided to us, you will be responsible for a re-shipping fee.
All domestic shipping charges INCLUDE delivery confirmation. This means there will be a tracking number on each and every domestic shipment. This is to provide security for both of us. You as a buyer will have confidence your package was actually sent, and when it was shipped, and as a seller, we can track it to see when or if it was delivered.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery confirmation is NOT insurance. It is simply a way to track the item from shipment to delivery. it does NOT guarantee a safe delivery, or delivery at all. If you are worried about your package being lost or stolen or damaged in the mail, please purchase insurance on your package by adding $1.75 to your payment. LUNCHBOX RECORDS is NOT responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
RETURNS:
If you can convince me it broke in the mail, I will replace it no problem and apologize profusely. Be quick to let us know please, because the longer you wait, the less I will believe you.
